Background
A practice area where there was sufficient volume and size to gain efficiencies from economies of scale through slicker processes, most particularly the use of precedents to improve quality and save on time re-writing the same text and effectively reinventing the wheel.
Project Summary
- Review of process and creation of key precedents.
- Balancing the benefit of standard text against the need for individual treatment of particular circumstances
- Embedding code/giving clear instructions to the developer to allow most efficient text changes : selection between options etc
- Constant review and adaptation for changes in the law and practice both external and internal
