The old adage 'If you fail to plan you're planning to fail' (Benjamin Franklin) has quite a lot of truth in it. Having a good, robust, realistic Business Plan is important for your business. For solicitors, you will need one to get SRA authorisation for your practice and will often need one in order to get PII cover. We can help:
a) help you with writing one in the first place and
b) help you review it, perhaps annually, then review performance against the plan, analyse why it might not have been met, devise strategies to improve and then revise and tweak it for the next year(s).
Time is charged at £200/hr + VAT. The work is likely to be done remotely, together, but may involve some prep in advance by both you and us. We are likely to be working on the same document, viewing it on a remote platform. We can agree a cap our fees when discussing the instruction. We can agree to schedule regular reviews. In short, we will work around your requirements.
Our lead consultant, Ingemar Hunnings, will personally be doing this work with you. He has 24 year's practical experience in private practice as a solicitor, 14 of which as an equity partner. He was member of the Board and ran a department of 60 staff with a turnover of £4.5m. Since 2014 he has been running Hunnings Consultancy (HCL) which supplies Business Support to law firms - mostly small law firms. HCL has worked with well over 300 law firms, in-house legal departments and other businesses. It has worked with many law firms that are new start-ups.
