We work assisting firms with Case Management and Practice Management Systems - training on how best to use them to get the most out of them so that they can maximise their return on investment, improve profitability, compliance and client satisfaction. We have worked with a number of systems, but done most work with LEAP and Proclaim. We assist firms with strategy, partner blue sky thinking days/meetings, process improvement.
We have worked with over 300 firms since Ingemar left private practice as a civil litigation solicitor to set up this consultancy. Before that he practiced as a solicitor for 24 years, 14 of which as an equity partner. He was a Board member and Head of a large department (60 staff, £450m turnover). He was also Compliance & Quality Officer for his department and has experience in Legal Aid – seeing this out of the firm, but subsequently training law firms on how LEAP handles LA work.
