This is stand-alone manual of policies & procedures specifically relating to AML and Sanctions compliance. Whilst some firms may choose to have these within an OPM (Office Procedures Manual), others may wish to keep them separate.
This we provide as a subscription service for the annual cost of £750 + VAT. Updates will be provided when the legislation, regulations & guidance changes. The changes are currently too frequent and ad hoc for us to restrict the updates to quarterly updates. There will, at the start, be a degree of customisation of the manual to your firm, based upon a questionnaire. However, this is not a root & branch rewrite of the policies based around a detailed analysis of your firm, work, practices & procedures. Only you can do this. The manual is in MS word to facilitate you to do this. The SRA expect your policies & procedures to be living documents, amended as and when required by the firm (we suggest you mark on the manual, perhaps the first or final page, when revisions have been made and by whom). When we issue updates, it will be for you to assess them, incorporate them and amend existing parts of the manual as is appropriate for your firm, work, practices & procedures and any other issues which are relevant to you.
