SRA Transparency Rules Review

The SRA Transparency Rules came into effect on 25 November 2019. However, we still see many websites that do not comply. The SRA have given notice that they will be checking firms' websites. As these are on public display and the SRA have the firms' details it is easy for them to do so. In our opinion we think they are likely to start fining firms that still have websites that do not comply.
